About Us
APG Forensics specialises in forensic accounting, litigation support, fraud investigations, and tax dispute resolution. We act as independent experts in disputes, providing objective and credible evidence in courts, tribunals, and ATO negotiations.
Our team regularly assists individuals and businesses in:
- Preparing forensic evidence for ATO audits, reviews, and objections;
- Negotiating settlements and remission of penalties or interest; and
- Liaising with ATO officers and legal representatives to resolve disputes efficiently and professionally.
We are also experienced in reporting fraud and theft to police authorities, preparing supporting briefs, and liaising with law enforcement to ensure wrongdoing is properly addressed.
Our services extend to business, corporate, and tax advisory — from preparing forensic financial reports to advising boards and shareholders in times of crisis.
